In Buddhism, Guanyin Bodhisattva is portrayed in thirty-three different forms. Here, Guan-yin is portrayed in the form of the Watermoon Guan-yin. Guanyin is recognised as the Bodhisattva with compassion for all sentient beings.
This statue of the Watermoon Guanyin is exquisitely portrayed, sitting on the moon. The front and back sides of the moon are engraved with the entire Heart Sutra. The lotus under the feet of Guanyin represents wisdom.
佛经谓观音菩萨有三十三个不同形象的法身，画作观水中月影状的称水月观音。祂们以大慈悲心，为度众生示现菩萨形象，倒驾慈航、再回入娑婆，重入世间教化救苦。
这尊水月观音像刻画精美，自在的坐在月亮上，月亮的前后两侧，刻上了整篇的般若波罗蜜多心经。脚底下的莲花，代表着智慧。

The front and back sides of the moon are engraved with the entire Heart Sutra. The lotus under the feet of Guanyin represents wisdom.
It is recommended to not place a statue of Guan-yin in front of windows, bedrooms, corners or close to toilets. This product is also suitable for placing together with a Lotus Candleholder (available here), which can be placed in front of this statue.

摆放观音像建议有几个要点，不要摆放在窗前、卧室、角落、临近厕所、柜子底层等处。观音和佛像也不要朝向不洁的地方摆放，如不能让观音菩萨对着卫生间。此产品也适合搭配我们的高贵莲花烛台一同摆放，可将烛台放置于观音像的前方。
