Description
Mahāsthāmaprāpta, one of the Eight Great Bodhisattvas, represents the power of vigour, strength and the awakening of wisdom. This Bodhisattva is often depicted in a trinity with Amitābha and Guan Yin.
In this sculpture, the Bodhisattva wears a crown, symbolizing the attainment of nirvana. He holds a gourd, symbolizing the fullness of wisdom. The full Heart Sutra is sculpted on the back of this beautiful piece.
This is sculpture can be hung from the wall or against the wall or the back of a cabinet. It is recommended to place this facing away from the toilet. It matches well with the Lotus Candle Holder, also available here.
