A castle (from Latin: castellum) is a type of fortified structure built during the Middle Ages by predominantly the nobility or royalty and by military orders. Castles served a range of purposes, the most important of which were military, administrative, and domestic. As well as defensive structures, castles were also offensive tools which could be used as a base of operations in enemy territory.
This is a miniature reproduction of a castle wall comprising of a single tower and adjoining wall sections. A fantastic brick-by-brick reproduction by itself, this sculpture is suitable to display our miniature pewter knights range or for use with your existing miniature collection.
