In Ancient Greece, the owl was considered sacred to Athena who was the Greek Goddess of Learning and is a symbol of status, intelligence and wealth. The owl, in addition to representing higher wisdom, also represents power, knowledge and brilliance.

This Snowy Owl is able to be mounted on a wall or cupboard of your choosing and can be secured by two screws (provided). The medallion that the owl carries can be detached and worn.
